A purchase confirmation and individualized ticket numbers will be emailed with each transaction.

The raffle drawing will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 7:30pm MST live at Douglas County Fair Grounds  500 Fairgrounds Dr.
Castle Rock, CO 80104.

Individuals are not required to be present to win. Winning numbers will be announced live at  Douglas County Fair Grounds  500 Fairgrounds Dr.
Castle Rock, CO 80104. Within 24 hours, winners will also be notified by email.

A ticket number and a state-issued ID or passport are required to claim prizes

Prize will be held at  DCF Guns 1155 Park Street Castle Rock, CO 80109 will be available for pick up during normal business hours :

• FFL transfers the firearm to the recipient: Once the background check is cleared, the FFL will transfer the firearm to the recipient, who must sign the Form 4473 and receive the firearm in person.
• Recipient completes ATF Form 4473: The recipient will fill out the ATF Form 4473, providing identification and background information, and undergo a National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) check.

If a raffle winner does not respond to a phone call:

• Within 30 days of the drawing, AMF will notify all winners who have not claimed  their prizes by U.S. postal service certified mail, return receipt requested.
• The notification will indicate the prize won, a contact person's telephone  number, and the time and location where the winner may claim the prize(s).
• If a winner fails to claim a prize within 30 days of receiving notification,  the licensee may retain the prize or offer it in another raffle.
